  1. Place ham cut-side down in roasting pan.
  2. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 250°F until 100°F internal, about 1.5-2 hours.
  3. Mix glaze ingredients.
  4. Remove foil. Increase oven to 350°F.
  5. Brush with half the glaze. Bake .
  6. Brush with remaining glaze. Bake until 120°F and caramelized, .
  7. Rest .

Notes

  • Spiral ham is already cooked - just heating and glazing.
  • Cut-side down keeps meat moist.
