  1. Cook onion in oil . Add beef, break into pieces. Brown .
  2. Add garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano. Cook .
  3. Add broth and vinegar. Simmer until mostly absorbed, .
  4. Season with salt.
  5. Warm tortillas. Serve with onion, cilantro, salsa, lime.

Notes

  • 80/20 has enough fat for juicy tacos.
  • Browning before spices develops flavor.
  • Vinegar adds brightness.
